The Odor Control - Made Simple Value Package contains A Quiet High-Performance Greenheck SP-LP0511 Ventilation Fan paired with a Leviton DOS15-1LZ Occupancy Sensor. The fan will automatically come on when a person is detected and run the fan for a set period of time after the person has left the bathroom. No more forgetting to turn on the fan or leaving it on after using the facilities. Can be adjusted for Off Time Delay of 1, 5, 10 or 20 minutes.
