| The Moisture Control - Made Simple Premium Package contains a Quiet High-Performance Greenheck SP-LP0511 Ventilation Fan paired with a Leviton IPHS5-1LZ Humidity Sensor and high flow Pre-Soffit Termination fitting. This is a great solution for meeting CALGreen requirements for bathroom ventilation. The sensor automatically detects excess humidity in the room and activates the ventilation fan to lessen condensation which helps reduce mold and mildew. The sensor then turns the fan off once timed out and moisture levels have been achieved, reducing energy usage by automatically operating the fan only when needed to control excess humidity. The Pre-soffit termination insures the highest airflow for exhausted air reducing the occurrence of callbacks for under-performance. |
