| The Laundry Ventilation - Made Simple Premium Package contains a Quiet High-Performance Greenheck SP-LP0511 Ventilation Fan paired with a Leviton IPHS5-1LZ Humidity Sensor and LTS141 Pre-Soffit Termination fitting. A great solution to reducing excess humidity in the laundry room. The sensor automatically detects excess humidity in the room and activates the ventilation fan to lessen condensation which helps reduce mold and mildew. The sensor then turns the fan off once timed out and moisture levels have been achieved, reducing energy usage by automatically operating the fan only when needed to control excess humidity. |
