Humidity Controls
Humidity sensors and fan controls automatically detect excessive humidity in a room and activates the ventilation fan to lessen condensation which helps reduce mold and mildew. By continuously monitoring the air the sensor can detect a rise in humidity and turn the ventilation fan ON and once the specified reduction is achieved, turn OFF. These types of controls are mandatory to meet CalGreen and other standards.
